There have been several blogs posted giving their different views of how to increase income by enhancing their blogs. It seems different techniques work for different types of people. That would, of course, make perfect sense because every industry will attract a totally different audience.

I feel it is best to give suggestions and let the blogger choose the suggestion that he feels is right for him and mold it to his perfection. There are great ideas out there and we all see through different lenses. Here are some for your viewing.

Blogs are associated with sharing your thoughts and opinions with others. Don’t overlook the ability to generate new business by referencing what you do and can offer to the readers. This can spread your opinions and business moxie at the same time. Many bloggers are afraid to let people know what services they can offer. This is generally a costly mistake and will leave a lot of money on the table.

Instead of a short commentary, journal articles are written demonstrating abilities, strategies and perspective on specific issues. When this resonates with certain readers, it brings in money. Some of the best bloggers out there are also brilliantly successful consultants.

To continue with this theme, another friend of mine has used his blog to deepen his existing customer relationship of his readers. He takes the advantage of the opportunity to fully inform them about his second business. This has naturally generated extra business on the side.

He has used his blog to acquire clients once they became aware of his skills and services. He now does consulting and teaching part-time. This all came about through his readers and spread of mouth, plus his blog continues to grow.

Help sell others’ products and you also get paid. Affiliate programs enable your blog to serve as a conduit between readers and online sites for goods and services. If your blog mentions a book and readers can click directly to Amazon, you get paid as well.

Self-advertising is the most common means to generate income. If your blog becomes well known or well received, you will be able to sell space on your own. To start out use Google’s AdSense or BlogAds, which lets you select the ads and pays you per click.

If you have a business blog that helps support, spreads the word or educates the public in some way you should consider asking for contributions. Educational posts on tax reform, health care or blogging support qualifies for donations from grateful people.

A neighbor who is a retired schoolteacher loves to write, now makes extra income by writing articles for online publications and other affiliate programs. He once had his own blog yet said he did not enjoy it due to the stress and said he makes more money this way.

I figure at the age of 79 he can choose to do what makes him happy brainstorming anyway he wants to make money blogging or not. Blogging definitely isn’t for everyone, but can be a great way to get your name out there if you are persistent enough to make it work!

Making money blogging has been overlooked in the past. But not many people realize that it is a very good source to use for extra income if you do it properly.

Alot of bloggers are ignorant don’t know you can make money blogging. There is a big difference between professional and amateur bloggers. The easiest way that professionals do this is from their own website or a blog directory attached to their website. i.e. http://www.website.com/blog.

Another option is to operate their blog from a Google host such as blogger blog, or use Wordpress from http://Wordpress.com. The steps to set this up is to simply register for an account and then make some posts. The only thing that is seen as big negative in the blogging communities is the lack of individuality and the way the blog can be formatted, however you can hire a programmer to change the look and the format if you are not happy with it.

From a technical point of view the internet is used for many things, however, alot of people use it as a source of fun and entertainment, as opposed to business, This is why some people it is impossible to make money blogging. In this day and age there are so many different topics online and people are willing to pay for almost anything if the info is good. So there is really a sure way to make money blogging. Before blogs were specialized applications, they were used for just sharing information. But as the internet has transformed now, you can actually see that the high traffic blogs bring in thousands of dollars each and every month. So it is not impossible to make money blogging.

However, you can’t just be slap happy, and put ads up infront of viewers. They want a reason to come to your blog, and return at a later time. To do this you have to make your information high quality and fun. Give the user the highest amount info and make their experience fun to entice them back repeatedly.

The most common way to make money blogging is from from the Blogspot site or Wordpress from http://Wordpress.com, but a blog on your own website is the way to go as well.

You can also use blogging software to make your blog post smoother and more flexible in the way your post your blogs and format them. Especially if you are adding, sound, pictures. You have a lot more flexibility in how you want to format your blog, and in the features contained within it.

The most common way to make money blogging is by placing ads in strategic positions in and around your blog. Sidebars, headers and footers are always utilized, and depending on your amount of visitors.

Another effective way to make money is the use of adding a link to affiliate products that are popular and convert well. You could plug other blogs, or niche products that convert well and have a good percentage profit. Adsense blocks in headers and footers are a good way to earn extra revenue also.

With widgets you can add hundreds of these to help make money blogging with SEO, thru auto XML set up to help when you blog ping. It is ideal to advertise your product or service in the end of your posts. That way if people like your info and want more they can click your link. Alot of people become buyers that way.

inner has one or both of these fantasies about AdWords:

1. Simply grab a few affiliate links, advertise them with Google AdWords, and then watch the money roll in!

2. Build a site, forget about SEO, advertise with AdWords, and success is just around the corner!

You may already know it is not that easy. Like most of us, you probably don’t care to admit how much money you have lost to Google - I know I hate to think how much I gave away to them in the past.

Fortunately, I did not give up on the Adwords system. I was determined to find out what those few, super-successful people were doing with Adwords to make it all work. I believed the system could be very profitable in the right hands even for beginners.

I was right; I too would soon be enjoying Pay-Per-Click success!

I dug in and studied what the few successful people were doing. I read everything I could on the subject. I joined several of the top guru’s membership sites and received help from them. Then I practiced with AdWords…a LOT!

After a while I began having some success here and there. Now days, the bulk of my sales are the result of my successful AdWords campaigns! Once beginners understand the system and the real science behind AdWords success, things become much easier for them.

After being asked over and over for help with Adwords, I saw a real need for something beginners could use to dramatically shorten the learning curve. Instead of only seeing a credit card bill, beginners need real help for faster success instead of the trial and error methods which only result in lost money to Google.

If you are new to AdWords, or if you tried before and gave up, please know that Adwords does not have to be a “money pit”. There really is a method which must be learned and used. A beginner simply cannot begin a campaign, throw in some keywords, and then hope for the best.

Too many beginners commit deadly mistakes in their campaigns such as leaving the content network enabled or choosing to accept Google’s suggested bid and budget. There are a dozen different deadly mistakes a beginner can make with AdWords. However, even knowing the common mistakes is not enough. A workable strategy still must be put into place which enables keywords, ads, and landing pages to all work together.

Without going into too much detail here, the first help a beginner needs is for keyword selection methods. Great keywords do not come from the free keyword tools which are so prevalent online. There is far more to choosing Adwords keywords then copying and pasting what a free online tool suggests.

Beginners to AdWords must learn the science behind choosing keywords. However, just that one step is not enough. Without knowing how to properly tie the Adwords ad and the landing page to the keyword, failure and nothing but a credit card bill will be the only result for the beginner.

AdWords is so easy to set up. A beginner can begin advertising in a matter of minutes but will usually lose money 99% of the time. The 1% of Adwords beginners who have mastered the system have learned to apply a rather complex technique for choosing and filtering keywords and matching them to correct ad copy and landing pages.

The methods used for success are not rocket science, but they are not simple either. If they were, everyone would be wealthy buying clicks!

The best part about “the system” is that, once perfected, the same system can be applied to any niche! Imagine the power in mastering that system. Google AdWords opens the doors to potentially massive traffic. All the beginner must do is seek out quality help and advice and then apply that knowledge.
